Raphael “Camber” Echols is a Hip Hop Engineer, Artist, and producer from Everett, WA. He is the owner and founder of CNTRL+S Studios and has been producing, engineering, and playing music for most of his life. As a kid, he started playing drums at the age of 12 and worked his way into beat production with FL Studio 5. Since then, he has studied audio engineering, music theory, and various instruments. He brings years of experience and knowledge to every project, and knows how to help turn your musical dreams into reality at an affordable price. His biggest strength is being able to quickly recognize the artist’s vision and direction, and maintaining a fast paced workflow.

What are your rates?

2 Hour recording session: $100
4 hour recording session: $200
Complete mix and master of songs recorded at CNTRL+S:
$100 a song (including unlimited revisions)
Mixing and Mastering Vocals and 2 Track instrumental (single wav or mp3 file):

$150 per song (including unlimited revisions)

Mixing and mastering vocals and instrumental stems (individual wav files for instrumental):
$200 per song (including unlimited revisions)

IS MIXING INCLUDED IN THE recording SESSION RATE?

Generally mixing is included during the time of the session. However, for the best possible quality a full mix and master service is recommended.

What does the mixing and mastering process involve?

the Mixing and and mastering process involves:

analyzing the vocal recordings for imperfections,
in depth vocal mixing and leveling through analog gear
vocal and instrumental effects/chops where needed
mixing the instrumental to match the vocals
referencing the mix on multiple speaker systems
sending mixes to the artist for review and revisions
Printing mp3 and wav files of the final master

CAN I BLAZE IN THE STUDIO?

Yes, the studio is 420 friendly! (21+)
